Interested in joining the Slinger Gridiron?

The Slinger Gridiron is a newly formed non-profit organization.

Your membership support will earn you an invitation to an annual pre-game party, admission to the alumni game and a t-shirt representing your support to the Gridiron. With your donation, Gridiron will begin to support the Slinger Football Program in any way we can. Donations to the Gridiron are accepted and greatly appreciated.

If you would like to join, please click on this application form, print and complete. Are you a returning member, please fill out this renewal application and thank you for your continued support. Send the completed application form with payment to Slinger Gridiron, P.O. Box 505, Slinger, WI 53086. Checks should be made payable to Slinger Gridiron.

A $25.00 donation will get you one year membership to Slinger Gridiron.

A $250.00 donation will get you a lifetime membership to Slinger Gridiron.
